  • What is the minimum booking time?

    The Gallery - 2 hours.

    Nests - 1 hour.

    The Studio (music) - 2 hours

    The Studio (art) - 1 hour

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    The Studio requires 1 week in advance to ensure the space is not double-booked, but also for sanitation standards.

    The Gallery requires 1 month advance notice due to high demand and to ensure the same quality of service and sanitation for your event.

    Nests are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, unless the party is a business. Businesses can reserve 5 days in advance.

  • What is the process for checking availability and booking a session or date?

    Availability can be checked via public calendar on our website, but private events and future bookings can be inquired via phone call to our Hospitality Team.

  • How much is the deposit, and when is it due? Is it refundable?

    The Studio - $50

    The Gallery - $100 (50- rsvp) $300 (50+rsvp)

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    The Studio - Cancellations within 24 hours will not be charged a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is not within an acceptable time, a fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.

    The Gallery - Cancellations within 7 days will not be charged a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is not within an acceptable time, a fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.

    Rescheduling is negotiable based on the event calendar. If the date is clear and does not conflict with other clients’ service, the date of service will be transferred with no fee.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    All major credit cards are accepted and preferred for payment. Digital wallets (Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo) are also acceptable. No checks will be accepted under any circumstance. Cash is only acceptable in the form of a deposit and full payments, however a card will remain on file for possible damages, incidentals, and appropriate fees generated by the client during the time of their liable booking window.
